- For safe disposal of such carcass, we have designed & developed a proper combustion chamber & complete process flow for safe disposal.
- It is inbuilt with dual chambers (Primary & Secondary) for complete combustion as per Pollution Control Board Policies along with which we have attached complete assembly line for complete purification of smoke which is generated during the incineration process before releasing it in atmosphere.

- The complete process flow is initially started from charging of big dead animals such as cow, buffalo etc. into PCC which is done through front door which is fully automatic trolley made from MS materials duly lined with High Alumina Fire Bricks and other refractory materials.
- The movement of the charging door is provided for opening and closing the charging door using is Electrical Control Panel System.
- The trolley used for charging is mounted on wheels made from high quality steel structure which is put on rail track for easy movement.
- The system is operated using fully automatic oil fired System (LDO/HSD) with pressure jet burner assembly designed to operate control Air Pyrolitic principal of combustion.
- The gas which is generated is passed through quencher Tank with water circulation for primary treatment and separating the solid contents.
- Later the Residual Gas is passed through Scrubber & Venturi System for final puriticatlon & lastly the completely purltled gas Is collected by the ID Fan & finally passed out through huge chimney.
